
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 1–2 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in ¼ cup water for 10–15 minutes)
- 1 banana (for creaminess)
- 1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Soak chia seeds in water until gel-like.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with extra chia seeds if desired, and enjoy!
