
Ingredients:
- 4 catfish fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat catfish fillets dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush catfish fillets with olive oil on both sides.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the fillets.
- Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite side dishes.
