Ingredients:

  • 4 catfish fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat catfish fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush catfish fillets with olive oil on both sides.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the fillets.
  6. Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite side dishes.
